Detailed Itinerary

 

DAY 1: EMBARK KAWTHAUNG TO BARWELL ISLAND (-/-/D)

Up on arival to the Kawthaung immigration pier or the agreed-upon pick up point. The cruise crew assists guests with any necessary immigration procedures in Kawthaung. After immigration you receive a transfer to the yacht. Relax on deck with a welcome drink while we glide toward the Mergui! Spend the rest of the day on the beach of Barwell Island.

DAY 2: ISLAND NO.115 – ISLAND NO. 88 (B/L/D)

On board breakfast. After a refreshing swim we start our passage to Island No.115, a place often frequented by Moken sea gypsies. In the afternoon we will reach the group of small islands called Mid Group. If time permits, we go for a dinghy excursion into a nearby mangrove forest on Island No. 88. The mangrove inhabited some colorful bird species. After the evening swim we have dinner in this beautiful covered area.

DAY 3: ISLAND NO.88 VIA NYAUNG WEE TO GREAT SWINTON (B/L/D)

Our morning sail takes us to a little village on Nyaung Wee Island, where we visit the local sea gypsy settlement. After lunch we sail west to Great Swinton Island. Take a magnificent jungle walk along the creek and collect seashells on the huge beach. For those interested in Buddhism, a short visit in a local monastery. In the afternoon it’s time for snorkeling, then sundowners on deck. Watching the bioluminescent plankton at night.

DAY 4: OHWAY & JAR LANN ISLAND (B/L/D)

Early-morning sail to tiny Ohway Island for the best snorkeling (and great fishing) in the region. Observe the colorful life of the reef, full of soft and hard corals and plentiful of tropical fish. After lunch we set sails for Jar Lann Kyun and anchor in its large fjord, one of the most spectacular bays in the archipelago. In the mangrove forest we watch the hornbills at dusk. Fine dining on board. Relaxation time under the starry sky.

DAY 5: RHINO ISLAND AND ZA DET NGE (B/L/D)

Long, leisurely sail towards Za Det Nge Island with its beautiful bays and beaches. Visit Rhino Island on the way. Its stunning turquoise waters are perfect for enjoying the sun. Later we move towards Za Det Nge’s for a last dinner party on the beach. Feel free to go for a swim and play with the luminescent plankton at night.

DAY 6: DEPARTURE (B/-/-)

Early morning passage towards Kawthaung. Casual brunch aboard before we reach the pier and say goodbye.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • The guests should make 50% payment deposit 30 days prior to departure date and should make full payment between 14 days and 30 days prior to
    departure date.

  • The guests are eligible to claim 50% of the refund if they cancel 14 days prior to departure date

  • No refund would be made if they cancel less than 14 days prior to departure date.
